+ The hotel was located in a decent area. The beach was great the hotel and staff was great. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean and the shower was great. The hotel was clean. The staff was great.
+ Beautiful vast beach All of the a la carte restaurants were very good! We hardly ate at the buffet. The bed was too firm but the three shower heads were amazing. Air worked well andwe had an amazing view. We stayed in the premier oceanfront room There were people working constantly to keep things nice ams clean. The service was top notch. All of the servers and lifeguards were extremely friendly and helpful.
− Not enough palapas for shade. They have an amazing beach with plenty of room for more chairs and palapas. I didn’t like having to get up at 7 to reserve a chair everyday. And we never got a palapa.
