− On our arrival after dark and a 10 hour flight we were told our room was not available because their was a problem with the water supply. We were told a room was available in an alternative hotel (with free transport) if we signed a document to say we accepted this without seeing the alternative or being shown any information about it. We had little choice but to accept. The room was very basic (although they did upgrade us to a sea view on arrival) and the food was poor - tepid buffet with no flavour at all as reported in numerous reviews.
+ Not too crowded, delicious gourmet food, friendly service
− Mattress was not very comfortable.
