+ The hotel is located on the stretch of beach considered to be the best beach in Cancun, Playa Delfines. Great views, great beach. The cleaning staff does a great job throughout the hotel, very clean facility. Great staff, very nice, everyone says hello when you encounter them. I requested a new iron because the one in the room stopped working, a few hours later I came back to the room and there was a brand new iron there.
− There could be more signs to direct you on the grounds seeing as there are two shared resorts and dinner options that stay open later and don't require reservations would be nice.
+ 10 miles from the airport, on the beach in cancun.......doesn't get much better! food is awesome, 7 restaurants to choose from + snack bars near the pools, buffet for breakfast with omelets made to order
