+ Beds were amazing!!!!
− Buffet was inconsistent
+ Remote location. Our room was beautiful with a swim out pool and view of the beautiful gardens. The bed was comfy, the mini fridge was always stocked, the bathroom was nice with a walk in closet. We had some issues with controlling the temperature from the thermostat but eventually got it working. We also had some internet connection trouble. Overall, it was a very nice room! The red and green lights was so helpful in letting the housekeepers know when to come in to clean and when to not disturb.
− We were excited to play tennis and brought our racquets but were disappointed to find that the hotel did not stock tennis balls and the court was not in great condition.
