+ Great location, just a short public bus ride from town. Loved the salmon in the mornings.
+ - Amazing staff. - Highest standards of cleanliness both indoors (rooms, restaurants, and common areas) and outdoors (beach, lounge chairs, pools, cabanas). - Excellent grounds keeping.
− - The building and rooms in the “select” level is dated. - The tubs, showers, bathrooms, bedrooms, drapery, carpet was worn out and require replacement. We chose to pay the upgrade and move to the new “Coral level” building after 1 night. A la carte restaurants served good food, not excellent and the ambience in all of them was poor as they were noisy, poor attendance to dress code, too many kids, staff seemed overwhelmed at times. - Very poor communication of activities, details about them, mainly oriented to children. - Need better web page.
