+ Very clean! I liked that they cared about the environment and the turtles. They let baby turtles out in the ocean and that was really nice to see.
− The food service was slow both in and outside. We went for lunch as we had purchased the meal bracelets. We sat inside the restaurant for more than 20 mins with out ever even getting asked if we wanted water. We left disappointed but later on in the way we expressed our concerns to Santiago an employee by the pool and he went above and beyond to make sure we didn’t leave w a bad taste in our mouth. Very professional and understanding.
+ Fantastic location. Literally a few minutes walk to the tourist attractions Really nice hotel, we had a nice room. nice pools. Staff are really polite. Room service was quite good. Would definitely stay here again
− Nothing major disappointments. Wish they were gym facilities And the break buffet could be a little better. However food in general was nice
