Golden Parnassus Resort & Spa - All Inclusive (Adults Only)

+ The guest level staff was amazing.

− The guest level staff is great. The bartenders, bell hops, and waiters can't do enough. Unfortunately, the middle managers are rude and not helpful. The top level is even worse. It is quite apparent that there is no money being pumped into this resort. We have stayed there for more than 12 years and over the last few it has been deteriorating. It is poorly maintained and unsafe and outright dangerous in many areas.

+ Golden Parnassus is our house away from home! We always enjoy a relaxing stay and meet wonderful people from across the world. The staff are the kindest and hardest working people we've ever met. It's a pleasure to know them!

+ golden Parnassus is a special place! you can get away and relax with fantastic service. the staff is amazing, and they go out of their way to give you a relaxing and peaceful stay.

− covid has caused some changes, but that's not really golden Parnassus's fault. it has limited their ability to have night Time entertainment. I'm sure some people would find this frustrating, however we always meet wonderful people from around the world. the laughter and conversation makes up for any loss in night Time entertainment

+ Near the beach Food was excellent. The omelettes were so fresh! Best steak I’ve had in my life. The cheeseburgers were great too Hotel service was prompt. However the front desk didn’t always answer the phone in a timely manner.

− The hotel is very outdated but the pictures online would never depict that. The furniture and rooms are outdated as well but still beautiful. I would return but only when I get a better deal.

− 2nd time using Zenhotels, 5th time going to Golden Parnassus. Love both. Highly recommend.

+ The staff was helpful, kind, great personality. Loved the pool area ascetics , pool design is lovely. Great location. Loved the Spa Services. Loved the events in the lobby. Loved the steak house , and snack/lunch bar

− The Elevator was EXTREMELY STUFFY AND SMELLED LIKE AN OLD MOP The Bedding is very very dated. There were no microwave or fridge in the room . The furniture is dated. The cleaning staff walked in the room without permission Twice! The covers on the beach cabana seating and bar stools seats need changing.
