+ I absolutely loved my stay at Nizuc; the service was excellent and there were great food options as well. Beautifully manicured grounds and filtered water available throughout the property.
− The property had filtered water readily available. However instead of promoting this, they really pushed the purchase of bottled water and I always had to specifically request filtered water. Given that they have treated their water to be safe to drink, I really wish they would focus on this more for the sake of the earth rather than promoting bottled water for their bottom line.
+ Beautiful zen hotel. The perfect place to fully relax. The food was excellent as well as the service!
