+ Good location, clean room, nice palm garden, friendly staff...
− Breakfast service a bit chaotic :)
+ The hotel price was reasonable, and rightly so, as it needs some up date/grade, which would not take a lot to do. My room was clean, only one of the front desk manger was very nice, and always spoke, the young lady that worked there was not friendly at all. She needs a little bit more training to smile and to greet people. Over all, it was an OK place to lay your head for a week.
− No internet or working phones in the room, no fridge, no coffee maker, no microwave. I had to ask for a wash cloth. there was no stopper in the sink, so had to be very careful nothing fell down there. Unfortunately, my room got flooded twice, but they offered to move me the second time across the hall, but I didn't care for that room. They didn't offer to take any money of my stay, or offer me a discount if I ever decided to came back to Cancun. I was disappointed with the breakfast, it was cold, and everything on the breakfast menu had pork, which I don't eat, but lucky there was a small eating place just outside the hotel, which was good. Around The pool area could have been swept up some and the tables and chairs needed wiping down.
