+ Different restaurants, great beach in front the hotel and a lot of recreational activities for the whole family including a daycare center for the kids
+ The ocean view was excellent
− I am telling you it was the worst food I have ever had any where in Mexico. Very poor quality example chicken wings at 7-11 is excellent compared to Gr solaris cancun chicken wings . And they lie about the difference restaurant u can choose from they only allow a few people in each night. So it takes 24hr in advanced to make a reservation to be allowed into a restaurant. They want you to eat in the cafeteria and is disgusting low quality food. I also saw no shows as listed such as Michael jackson performance. I did see a guy yelling by the pool for 30 mins on Wednesday April 13 at 4pm. I was told that was the show for today. The food by the pool was even worse and only one person cooking food for all the people at the pool he was over run by hungry people. There was No wait staff outside around pool. I must admit liquor drinks were good if u could find locate a open bar that was open. Please see the low quality food picture for such a expensive hotel. I talked to the restaurant manager and also customer service manager and they do not care they just want your money. Now I see other people reviews of hotel of bad food. I wished I had see this before I paid all that money to gr solaris see picture
+ The staff at GR Solaris are alway's welcoming and there to help. We had an amazing stay and will definitely return again soon.
+ The hotel is around 30 minutes baby bus from the Cancun downtown. Choice of 5 different restaurants, some are fine dining, some buffet. The bed was comfortable, the room was cleaned. The size was fine. It was cleaned each day.
