+ Close to everything in Cancun. Excellent spring break hotel with lots of entertainment, concerts and fun. Food wasn't terrible for an all inclusive.
− Service. I didn't have hot water in my shower for days after repeatedly asking for it to be fixed. Also it took 24 hours to fix a toilet that didn't work. Again repeated requests. Filled out a complaint, and they never got back to me about that either. Room was a little tired. Balcony tub had no hot water.
+ I liked everything about the resort. Just a few inconveniences.
− Electronic door key didn’t work well, elevators wait time was high.

− Everything. Food was worst. Cleanliness nowhere. Staff overworked so difficult to get them to help you.
+ The hotel was amazing and they accommodated my family we arrived at 7am they allowed us to leave our luggage and provided us with wrist bands to start our adventure we were able To eat and play until we were able to check on. The rooms are a little outdated and there are hundreds of people so cleanliness is not the best but they try and everyone is friendly. Amazing experience and lovey memories!
