+ It is well suited, in a perfect beach, just across the street to the La Isla mall Meals are just perfect! It is hard to find something bad with the meals. I loved the paella, but also the mignon, the osobucco. I did not have any expectation about Mexican food because of the international flavor in the hotel, but it was delicious as well! We met the executive chef Cesar Germaine a couple of times, and he found the time to improve our meals experience even better! Rooms are very comfortable but what it makes this experience unique is the technology at any tiny place in the hotel, and of course at rooms. All the time we were accompanied by delicious smells that get a unique enjoyable atmosphere. And you can get the bath ducks! Services, including cleanliness, are a big asset in this hotel that it seem to get just the perfect workers at any space... All the people that work in this hotel efforts to become this experience unique, everybody is gentle, thankful, nice, all the time concerned to assist you in any particular detail

+ Nice beach. Waves a little rough though (not there fault :) ) Nice shops across the street. But no need to leave if you don't wish to. Great food and service. Would be 10 of 10 if there weren't up charges on some items. I'm not that fond of seeing that at an "all inclusive" Room was great. The view was stunning - Ocean side King. Service and friendliness was staff was appreciated.
− 4.5 out of 5 star. The cheap cheap house wine and lack if beer choices was a turn off. The cost for a better (not great either) wine was way too much. Cost for a cabana was a turn off too.
+ Right across from shopping and on the beach. It was very windy on the terrace though in the afternoons The food was great
− I didn't like the mini bar which wasn't a real mini bar. The fact that the room was missing items. That we had to have the sliding door fixed. That the hotel was not accommodating on a good price to extend our stay.
+ Very nice experience! I took my girlfriend to celebrate our 3rd year anniversary. As soon as we checked in we both got a hand massage and a glass of champagne. Breakfast buffet is fire! We got the highest floor and the views were spectacular. Pool/Beach area was great. Service was 10/10.
