+ There is a Mall on one side Kukulcan. Its right in the heart of Hotel Zone Playa Marlin. The Hotel is really of simple design, but, is airy with pools on 3 levels. The main thing that I liked is that the people are very nice and polite. They are helpful and always greet you with a smile. Its the people that make the experience a great one. I can remember some names of the lovely people, Dorian, Miguel, Paulina, Maria, Victoria, Ricardo and really too many to list. They all are from different areas of the hotel and I really mean that they are fantastic people. The other thing is that the restaurant is such a busy place and the staff is all rushed off their feet, but, they still speak very respectfully and always smile even if its a hot day and they are tired. I find that the rooms are very comfortable and very practical in design, the rooms are cleaned daily and the lady doesca fantastic job it feels like new each time she cleans. All I can say is my wife and I both really loved it and we extended twice here. The car parking is a bit far and the Hot sun bakes the cars so a little shade would be great. But nowhere is perfect but this was really enjoyable. Very clean Superb and read my review
