+ Close to Cancun airport with a complementary shuttle. Perfect for layovers or late/early flights from CUN.
− Small complaint, but I wish I could have booked the shuttle by email or WhatsApp. I had to call the front desk to request a pickup.

Bed was great and comfortable. Room very clean. Nice bathroom with everything you need. Rooms are modern. Very clean everywhere and nicely decorated. No issues.
